INDEPENDENCE DAY

There are some important dates in the year.15th of August is such important date. It is a red letter day in the history of india. On this very date in 1947 India became independent. India was slave country. The Britisher were ruling over it.But after a long struggle it became free. so we observe Independence day on 15th August every year.It is celebrated in the whole country. On this day people gather at a place. National Anthem is sang.Military and N.C.C. parades are organised. procession are taken. Meeting are hold at different places.The leaders deliver their lectures, sweets are distributed. Cultural programmes are organised.Thus we are joyful on this day.

  Discovery of magnets Magnets were probably discovered by greeks about 2500 years ago. According to a legend, a shepherd boy named magnes living in greece.
